Dylan Contracting LLC

About Dylan Contracting LLC

Dylan Contracting installs epoxy floors for residential, commercial and industrial customers in Southwest Florida. Its work ranges from small garages to commercial facilities, with decorative metallic epoxy, quartz and mosaic-flake systems among the finish choices. The company also offers epoxy mortar, specialized sloping and waterproofing, concrete preparation, polishing and sealing. Urethane coating systems are a separate part of the range, including exterior applications. Its installation approach uses specialized preparation equipment and products from multiple manufacturers rather than one exclusive floor brand. The named suppliers include Dur-A-Flex, Sika, Stonhard, Laticrete and Key Resin. For demanding facilities, it describes systems selected for chemical exposure, impact and abrasion. Its portfolio includes metallic floors with contrasting inlay colors, giving customers examples of the decorative effects available alongside more functional industrial finishes.
