About FLORIDA DECORATIVE CONCRETE & EPOXY
Florida Decorative Concrete & Epoxy works on residential and commercial floors in Lady Lake, The Villages and surrounding Lake, Marion and Sumter county communities. Its coating range includes decorative flake, metallic epoxy and separate polyaspartic systems. Garage floors, shops and showrooms are among its epoxy applications, while commercial work also covers warehouses, restaurants and healthcare premises. Preparation includes diamond grinding, crack repair and moisture testing. Projects begin with an on-site walkthrough or phone consultation, followed by an itemized estimate covering materials, timing and warranty terms. The company says its own crews carry out installation and provide care instructions at the final walkthrough. Other services include polished concrete, stamped concrete and decorative work for driveways, patios and pool decks. This family-run business dates its operations to 2003 and advertises written product and workmanship warranties.
