About Tropical Epoxy Coatings & Creations LLC

Tropical Epoxy Coatings serves South Florida and the Florida Keys with floor systems for garages, patios, pool areas, interior slabs and commercial premises. Its finish choices include full-flake, lighter terrazzo-style flake, solid colors and metallic effects. The process begins with project planning and a slab evaluation for moisture, old coatings, cracks and contamination. Preparation includes diamond grinding, damaged-area repairs and edge or stem-wall detailing where specified. The company selects a primer or base system for the conditions, with a moisture-vapor barrier where needed. Flake floors receive a broadcast, scraping and vacuuming before separate polyaspartic and urethane finishing layers. Traction additives and gloss levels can be discussed. Free estimates are available, and the completed installation includes a walkthrough, cure-time guidance and care instructions. Its creative-workshop branch operates separately from the floor-coating division.
