About Flake It Now LLC - Custom Epoxy & Polyaspartic Flooring

Flake It Now is a family-owned epoxy coating business serving Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Founded in 2023 by Tom and his son Mason, it focuses on custom epoxy-flake floors for homes and commercial premises. Applications include garages, lanais, pool decks and driveways, along with restaurants, restrooms, salons, warehouses and storage buildings. The company offers more than 100 flake color combinations and can create a custom blend when its standard selections do not suit the project. Its preparation includes removing previous floor coverings and preparing the texture of the concrete before applying the new coating. Free estimate appointments are advertised, including same-day or next-day availability. Separate ten-year product and labor warranties are offered, with exclusions applying to that coverage. The business provides a gallery of finished work and preparation photographs.
