About DJ Epoxy Solutions

DJ Epoxy Solutions is a family-owned floor-coating company in Palm Bay serving Brevard and Indian River counties. Founder Javier Arnaez handles customer calls, visits properties and supervises the company’s own installation crew. Its services cover garages, residential interiors, patios, pool decks and lanais, as well as warehouses, showrooms, shops and commercial kitchens. Finish choices include flake blends, solid colors, quartz and metallic or marble-style designs. During a free estimate, Javier checks the concrete, measures the space and brings physical samples for comparison. The company installs epoxy and polyaspartic systems and explains the selected floor’s installation and return-to-use schedule individually. Its project gallery includes workshops, back porches and a walk-in cooler. DJ Epoxy Solutions advertises a lifetime warranty for interior floors and five-year coverage for exterior surfaces, with ongoing care support.
