Elite Coastal Epoxy LLC

About Elite Coastal Epoxy LLC

Elite Coastal Epoxy serves Pensacola, Pace and Navarre in Florida as well as communities across Alabama's Baldwin County. Its garage-floor system combines a moisture-vapor-barrier epoxy base with a separate polyaspartic topcoat, rather than treating those materials as the same resin. Installation begins with diamond grinding, and customers can choose decorative flake blends and colors. The company also offers commercial and industrial coatings for warehouses, restaurants, showrooms and retail premises. Exterior work covers patios, pool decks, driveways and walkways. Locally owned since 2023, it advertises free estimates, third-party financing and a lifetime warranty. Its website publishes a Pensacola address while emphasizing its Alabama service area. Most residential garages are described as one-day installations; the final system, cure schedule and warranty terms depend on the agreed project.
