Suncoast Floor Coatings

About Suncoast Floor Coatings

Suncoast Floor Coatings installs garage and outdoor concrete coatings in Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area. Based in Seminole, it offers full-flake, solid-color and metallic finishes, plus textured coatings for patios, lanais and pool decks. Its standard flake system uses an epoxy base and a separate polyaspartic clear coat. Preparation includes diamond grinding to remove existing surface material, moisture checks, and repairs to cracks, pits and spalling. After applying the flakes, the crew scrapes and vacuums loose material before the clear coat. Failed coating removal, concrete grinding and crack repair are also available as standalone services. The company provides free written estimates based on the condition and size of the garage. Its service area includes Largo, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor and Tampa.
